What are the different states of a Thread in C# ?

Different states of a thread are:

• Unstarted – Thread is created.
• Running – Thread starts execution.
• WaitSleepJoin – Thread calls sleep, calls wait on another object and calls join on another thread.
• Suspended – Thread has been suspended.
• Aborted – Thread is dead but not changed to state stopped.
• Stopped – Thread has stopped.
